Terms and Conditions of Membership - The Confident Career Club

Company - Confidence Collaborative: Partnership - Between Joanne Thompson Coaching (sole trader)  and Maggie McGeary, Change Guide (sole trader)

Full Membership Includes

Access to all areas in The Confident Career Club

  • Monthly community connect session (Networking and/ or guest speakers) (£10, £120pa)
  • Accountability group access
  • Minimum  8 masterclasses per year (valued at £35pm normally £280pa)
  • Access to all lunch and learn events on demand
  • Access to the archive of masterclasses and lunch learn live events on demand.
  • Access to tools, exercises and career development support material updated throughout the year (£200)
  • Coaching Couch Sessions throughout the year - personalised member support
  • Priority access and 50% discounted price to the Group Coaching Circle (depending on demand).
  • Up to 20% off 1 to 1 Coaching
  • Up to 20% Off Group Coaching Programmes
  • Monthly Newsletter
  • Priority notification on all events, challenges & retreat activities


Full Membership with Coaching Include

All the above plus a monthly one to one coaching session of up to 60 mins with their preferred Coach. (Non-member Coaching is £85ph)

Membership Rules

  1. Respectful Communication: Members must engage in respectful and constructive communication at all times. Discrimination, harassment, personal attacks, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Confidentiality and Privacy: Members should respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow members. Sharing personal information or discussions outside the group without explicit consent is strictly prohibited.
  3. Non-Solicitation Policy: Members should refrain from promoting or soliciting their products, services, or external resources without prior authorisation. The group is intended for knowledge-sharing, support, and collaboration rather than promotion of goods and services.
  4. No Spamming or Unauthorised Advertising: Members should refrain from spamming or posting unauthorised advertisements within the group. Any promotional content or external links should be relevant, authorised, and beneficial to the community.
  5. Intellectual Property and Copyright: Members should respect intellectual property rights and refrain from posting copyrighted materials without proper permission or attribution.
  6. Conflict Resolution: In case of disagreements or conflicts, members are encouraged to address them privately and respectfully. If necessary, moderators or administrators can mediate to find a resolution and maintain a harmonious community.
  7. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: Members are expected to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction and not engage in any illegal activities or discussions.

Payments:

Payments are taken via Stripe.

Data Protection

All client payment details are protected by Stripe data protection and privacy policies.

Changes to Membership Content and Structure

The Confidence Collaborative founders have the right to change membership details and benefits at any time and will give 30 days notice of the membership changes to enable members to opt our of the membership if it no longer suits their purpose.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds Policy

As a new member, you may cancel your monthly membership and request a full refund within your first 14 days of joining the membership for the first time (i.e. after the initial payment), this is our money-back guarantee.

After your first 14 days, we don’t offer refunds, but you can still cancel or change your monthly membership at any time. If you cancel your membership you can do this by emailing info@confidencecollaborative.com access to the site will end immediately once the membership has been processed or at the end of the subscription period if you request it and no further payments will be taken.

If you have signed up to the monthly membership subscription and would like to switch to an upgraded monthly plan or annual membership, you can upgrade your by accessing your account on the website. We will also be happy to help transfer this for you. Please allow at least 4 days prior to your monthly date for us to process the change from a monthly to annual membership in time.

We do not offer refunds on annual membership subscriptions outside the 14 day initial period after sign up. Switching from an annual membership to monthly membership is not possible during your first 12 months, however if at the end of your 12 month membership you would prefer to pay monthly instead, we can happily help you with this.


Content use

Access to all the content for our membership as well as any additional paid-for courses, programmes, and associated material are provided for your own personal or internal business use.

By accessing our site, you agree that the content may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company (Confidence Collaborative Partnership). You have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce or create any derivative work based upon the content.  Not following the above shall be a breach of these terms and conditions.

Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exist on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website and membership.

EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY - The information contained on this Website and the resources available for download through this Website are for educational and informational purposes only. The information contained on this Website and the resources available for download through this Website is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as legal, financial, tax, medical, health, or any other professional advice.

Data Security - Once an account is created you must not allow any other person to use your credentials/password. If you believe someone else knows your password you must change it immediately and contact us as soon as possible.

Special Guest Speakers - Views expressed by speakers are their own. Confidence Collaborative cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker in any material provided to members.

Photography & Filming - for promotional purposes, photos and video production will take place during most events hosted by Confidence Collaborative. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should contact us  prior to the event to advise us. Recorded sessions will be made available to Paid Members only.

Websites & Links - The event website may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which the Confidence Collaborative takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.


Sign up - Sign up via the website and submission of the membership form is taken as confirmation of the acceptance of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

YOU AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE.

ADDITIONALLY, THE Confidence Collaborative IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH (I) ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, DENIAL OF SERVICE, ATTACK, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, OR LINE OR SYSTEM FAILURE; (II) LOSS OF REVENUE, ANTICIPATED PROFITS, BUSINESS, SAVINGS, GOODWILL OR DATA; AND (III) THIRD PARTY THEFT OF, DESTRUCTION OF, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF YOUR INFORMATION OR PROPERTY, REGARDLESS OF OUR NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FAILURE OF AN ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LEGAL LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CONFIDENCE COLLABORATIVE’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM THE CONFIDENCE COLLABORATIVE PARTNERSHIP, AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU THE FLAMINGO LOUNGE’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED £50.
