Bring your products to prepare your skin

What you need:
Cleanser
Toner
Moisturizer
Serum if you wish to use any
Facial oil for the workout VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE OIL otherwise you could stretch your skin.
(I was reminded you could use Olive oil if you haven't got anything else)

Take a before picture before and after so you can see the results 😉(for yourself but you are welcome to share)

Also aim to be in a quiet relaxing area.

I will have my diffuser with some lovely scents or a candle but you can set your environment in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
